TiSA: neue Leaks verfügbar
Eine Reihe von Annex-Texten der letzten Verhandlungsrunde vom November 2016 ist auf der Website bilaterals.org publiziert worden. Eine erste Durchsicht auf Kultur-Aspekte zeigt einen Vorstoss der Schweiz im Annex E-Commerce mit dem Ziel, Handlungsfreiheit in den Bereichen Urheberrecht, Datenschutz, Konsumentenschutz und in der Kulturpolitik zu behalten:
